Effective October 16, 2026. The Nothing Bundt Cakes – Frosted Occasions text program is operated by Frosted Occasions for the participating local bakeries listed on this website. Email signup does not give permission to text you.

Optional marketing enrollment requires a saved request and your separate confirmation by text.

SMS Terms

This is a recurring marketing-only text program. Subscribers may receive promotional bakery offers, product promotions and seasonal promotions. This marketing choice does not authorize order, account, customer-service or other informational text messages. Message frequency varies, up to six messages per month. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

Your choice

To join, enter your mobile number and choose optional marketing texts at our text-signup page, then text CAKE to (432) 777-2253. We will send the required disclosures and ask you to reply Y to confirm before enrolling you. You may withdraw consent at any time. Reply START to clear a carrier block; this does not enroll you in marketing. A fresh CAKE and Y confirmation is required to rejoin.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to opt out. We will confirm the opt-out and send no further recurring messages unless you separately enroll again. Reply HELP for help. You may also email paulteller@frostedoccasions.com.

Delivery

Delivery is subject to carrier and service availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy notice. We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
